For Week #102 of the Photograph Your Love® Instagram Takeover, we were happy to have our friend, photographer Traci Jaslove, with us…and we were so pleased to introduce her to you! Traci spent 16 years as the Facilities Manager at Brooks Institute before going on to pursue other interests, but she remains dedicated to the art of photography.
For her takeover, Traci searched through her archives to share with us a selection of images that stretch all the way back to her undergraduate days displaying her use of alternative process and unconventional focus.
Traci’s work is eerie and beautiful. As the mother of 2 young boys, she especially loves photographing children as they explore and experience the world. Her photos of her children were my favorites, too. They’re not your typical mommy shots, so be prepared to be bowled over.
Traci’s work gave us an exciting display of unconventional photography including Holga, pinhole and iPhone pictures. Be sure to take a look and see what’s possible! Thank you, Traci, for your awesome week and for expanding our horizons!
Color Services hosts the Photograph Your Love® Instagram Takeover for just that reason, to expand everyone’s photographic horizons. As a company that processes and prints photos, we see that as part of our mission.
